Boot Camp is an hour long kick ass circuit workout. No class is ever the same! The trainer is constantly challenging you with different workouts that use strength training, cardio and circuits.
Not only do classes push you, but the trainers are also teaching you the proper form, mechanics and best place to start for your body. You also can cater the workout to your level.
